Hancock County started and completed their recount on December 15. The county coordinator was M, and I spoke with her after the recount to get a written report.

They had stated they would have four counting stations but had two, and we had three witnesses there. (A fourth witness was scheduled but didn't show up.)

The three percent analysis resulted in no discrepancies, so the rest of the county was completed by machine. There were no incidents reported, and the daily reports from the witnesses will be forthcoming.
