How You Can Help
There are many ways you can help this historic recount process. Start by reading our short voting rights history and our explanation of why it matters to give yourself some context. This is not about George Bush or John Kerry — or even David Cobb and Michael Badnarik. Most of our ancestors were deprived of the right to vote at one time or another. When we struggle to guarantee the right to a meaningful, non-coerced vote that is fairly counted, we are fulfilling our generation's commitment to the one-person-one-vote ideals of our nation's founders.

Volunteers

We need over 2,000 volunteers to make this effort a success. In addition to recount observers, we are looking for County Coordinators in each of the 88 counties.

If you can spare the time in mid-December, please let us know. If you can't, please consider sponsoring a local student or senior citizen. More details can be found on our volunteer page.

Donations

Your donations have made this effort possible, so please ask your friends and family to help. It doesn’t matter who you voted for. This is a non-partisan effort, headed by two presidential candidates with differing views on politics, but with a united desire to make sure that all votes are counted.
