Voting Rights Amendment Action Kit

Frank Watkins, press secretary for Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. and former Rainbow Coalition leader, is asking voters to help members of the Congressional Black Caucus and Congressional Progressive Caucus to advance their electoral reform strategy, starting with a Constitutional Amendment confirming the right to vote. This fundamental reform is long overdue.
